We offer a full range of hotels, villas within the Orlando area and also on the Gulf Coast. How do I book with Good Life Florida Villas?
All cars and a selection of villa accommodation are bookable through the website. First of all you will need to register as an agent. Once we’ve received your details we will send you a unique user name and password, which will enable you to login and reserve or book from our extensive portfolio of accommodation and cars. Simply register by clicking here. You can also contact our reservations team on 0800 138 2950 who will be able to assist with product information and also check availability on individual homes.
'Book Now' Properties
If your criteria is available and the option of Book Now displays your reservation will be confirmed immediately and a reservation number will be given.
'Request Now' or 'Call Now' Properties
If a home is displayed with this option you can submit a request. It may be that we can call you back within the hour or it may take up to 24 hours before we can confirm availability of the home. You will receive a reply no later than 24 hours and in many instances we will be able to confirm immediately. Alternatively you can contact our office to speak to one of our agents on 0800 138 2950 and we will check availability for you and confirm. As we are very familiar with the homes and their locations we will always aim to offer an alternative if the home you selected is not available.
Once a product is booked, can the price go up or change?
No, once the reservation has been confirmed it is guaranteed, the price will not change regardless of currency fluctuations or local tax surcharges.
What does the price include?
All villa and car rates include all applicable local taxes.
How do I cancel or amend a reservation?
Contact our reservations team on 0800 138 2950 who will advise the applicable fee.
General information about the accommodation
- Check-in time is 4pm (local time), and check-out time is 10am (local time), unless prior arrangement has been made. A late check-out can be arranged for a small charge a few days prior to departure, and this is done by contacting the Management Company during your stay;
- Each of the homes is equipped with a washer and dryer facilities, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, towels and linen;
- Each self catering property is cleaned and prepared for a guests arrival, and again upon departure;
- All of the homes are non-smoking. You can smoke outside but please ensure that all cigarette ends are put out and disposed of carefully;
- All of the homes are air-conditioned throughout;
- The dialling code for America is 001. To call the UK from America the code is 011 44, but remember there is a time difference, Florida is 5 hours behind. Some of our homes do offer free international calls, and we can advise you which properties offer this facility;
- Within each home you will find a manual full of useful details about the home, community and further local information;
- Pool heat can be arranged in most homes prior to arrival. If you wish to add this whilst in resort please contact the local Management Company; and
- If you are planning to visit the water parks or take a trip to the coast we recommend you take beach towels.
General information about the car hire
- Your rental vehicle will be reserved with a national car rental company who are located mainly within the airport terminals. They have collection points on site at all major transport hubs;
- Most car rental companies allow you to pre-register your details prior to your arrival to speed up the collection process. Details will be enclosed with your travel documentation;
- There are differences when driving in America, for instance they drive on the right hand side of the road. More information on this can be found in the accommodation vouchers. You will also be given further details upon collection of your rental vehicle;
- Our rates include all applicable taxes. We can reserve a SAT NAV for you or you can request this locally, subject to availability;
- The driving age is 25 years and over. Drivers between the ages of 21 - 24 must purchase a Young Drivers Package in conjunction with a Platinum Car Hire Package. Any additional non drivers can only be added upon collection of the vehicle, with a young driver’s package;
- Upon collection of your vehicle it is essential to have a driving license and credit card in the lead driver’s name; and
- Additional items such as booster seats can be requested with a car hire package, however these are paid for locally.
Booking information
- In the main a villa can be booked for any number of nights, however many homes cannot be reserved for less than 5 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Additional clean fees may be applied to bookings less than the minimum rental durations. Please call our reservations team on 0800 138 2950 for any special requirements you may have;
- A request can be made for a mid-stay clean, however this will incur a small additional fee. The clean will involve a basic clean throughout the villa and a change of towels and bed linen;
- Additional items can be added to a booking at any time with no additional admin charges, for example car-hire, pool heat, cot and highchair rental;
- Upon receiving a booking we require a deposit of £50 per week for the accommodation, and £25 per booking for the car-hire;
- Cancellation charges are applicable; please see our booking terms and conditions;
- Villa documentation is dispatched 2 – 3 weeks prior to travel, and enclosed will be the directions to your home or the local Welcome Centre where you will receive further instructions; and
